Today we were given the all clear for both momma and baby and got to bring our little boy home.
Erik had a closing for the Wardlaws this morning, so
Grandma and Momma hung out with little Reed at the hospital until he was
done. It was nice to have time to take a shower, get ready and relax
before taking our little boy home with us for good. After his closing,
Erik came back and we got ready to leave.
We left the hospital a little after 5 p.m. We were ready to get back to the comforts of home, and most importantly, to introduce Reed to his puppy brother, Tex!

Tex did an awesome job meeting his new brother. When we got home, Erik brought Reed in and got Tex. He slowly brought the dog over to the baby and let him sniff him. Tex was very calm and gentle with him, almost like he could sense that he needed to be careful. We are excited for them to become good friends!
We love our boys and are so glad that everyone is home together.
