Size of baby: LBMH is the size of a turnip - 5 inches long and about 4 ounces. The baby now is able to hear outside noises, its eyes can perceive light and its mouth can make sucking and swallowing motions.

Total Weight Gain: 6-8 pounds
Maternity Clothes: Pretty much half and half, depending on the day and the outfit.

Movement: None yet!
What I miss: Nothing, really, this week. I'm feeling back to normal and loving the second trimester.
Cravings: Water and cereal
Symptoms: Generally feeling really good lately, with only a moderate amount of nausea, heartburn and fatigue. (Still the same this week.)
Best moment of the week: This sounds strange out of context, but I really enjoyed some quiet at the house this week. Erik was fishing in Arkansas all week, so I was able to clean the house, watch girly TV shows and eat whatever I wanted to cook. I missed him, but I also really enjoyed some time at home.
Looking forward to: Baylor Homecoming! I love this weekend because all of our friends come in to our home for all of the events. It's always so fun!

Your 16-week bump is the size of my 12-week bump. I was a lot "rounder", shall we say, by this time for you. You and LBMH are progressing quite nicely.
